How should you plan the morning?
Start with the pickup and return window, then fit the activities between them. Ask the booking provider to confirm:
- The exact hotel collection point or meeting place, and when the final pickup time will be communicated.
- The sequence of flight, breakfast and ground activities for your chosen option.
- The destination of each transfer and who is responsible for the handover.
